This workshop will be conducted in a virtual Zoom meeting online format.

Social workers assist our clients through every imaginable life transition – including the end of life.

Join us for a discussion of the common ethical dilemmas that may occur at the end of life and the helping professional's ethical responsibilities in responding to these challenges.  The workshop will leverage video clips and case studies to help you explore living wills and health care directives, along with the interpersonal issues that can emerge when these legal documents are exercised. Participants will learn tools to help avoid crisis and how to help clients prepare for end of life care.  

This class meets the licensure requirement for 3 hours of continuing education in ethics.
