« back to classes page
Preferred registration deadline: February 21st

3 CEUs

Supervising the next generation of social workers through the clinical licensure process is an important contribution to our field and the service community. This workshop will examine the responsibilities of both the supervisor and the supervisee in clinical supervision, applying an ethics template to challenges that may arise for both.

The NASW Code of Ethics and the Regulations of the Missouri State Committee for Social Workers will be leveraged as tools to resolve ethical dilemmas in clinical supervision.

General Admission: $60**

Class size is limited to 45.

This workshop can be used to meet either (1) the 3 hour ethics requirement per licensure period or (2) the Missouri requirement that individuals providing clinical supervision must receive 3 hours of supervision-specific continuing education each licensure period. The workshop cannot be used to simultaneously meet both requirements for a participant.
**Discounts on workshop admission are offered to the Brown School’s students, alumni, and field instructors. We also offer a discount to full-time graduate students in other programs and to our Washington University faculty/staff colleagues. No other discounts are available. Admission discounts apply automatically in your cart, based on your profile in our registration software.
