The effective delivery of social services is fraught with formidable and unique challenges. Maintaining employee morale and engagement can be one of our greatest challenges, and in an environment that often pairs a demanding workload with comparatively low wages, it can be difficult to retain your best people.
This program, designed for anyone in a not-for-profit leadership role, will provide a focused and accessible means of building a high-performing culture within your not-for-profit team.
We will discuss strategies to foster teamwork, passion and commitment among staff members at every level of the organization. The workshop will offer practical, concrete suggestions, and provide participants an opportunity to reflect on how leadership style informs and affects culture.
General Admission: $60**
Class size is limited to 45.
**Discounts on workshop admission are offered to the Brown School’s students, alumni, and field instructors. We also offer a discount to full-time graduate students in other programs and to our Washington University faculty/staff colleagues. No other discounts are available.
