Diversity and inclusion are the key ingredients to having a workforce that is highly engaged, productive and innovative. Without diversity, inclusion does not exist. Without inclusion, employee engagement does not exist.

In this program, you will learn best practices and people strategies for creating a workplace that goes beyond diversity to foster inclusion and high levels of employee engagement. In addition, participants will receive tips on how to evaluate your organization’s level of inclusiveness.

Class size is limited to 40.
