Social service professionals may encounter individuals with a history of sex offenses in virtually any social work practice setting. The workshop will include case studies and a review of recent research findings. Participants in this  workshop will become more effective in recognizing the typology of sex offenders and assessing the risk to others posed by a particular individual.
