This is a self-paced online learning experience.
The Epidemiology module (Module 1) of the Foundations of Pandemic Preparedness & Response program will support your understanding and application of basic epidemiology concepts and methods to describe infectious disease pandemic trends. This module contains:

  •     A video overview of the Foundations of Pandemic Preparedness & Response program
  •     A video overview of the module
  •     A lecture on Epidemiology 101
  •     A lecture on the public health consequences of disasters and emergencies
  •     Readings from the CDC
  •     Additional optional resources
  •     A quiz, if you wish to document module completion

Participants have 6 months of the date of registration to complete the module.
*The Brown School offers accredited programs in social work and publich health and is an approved provider of social work CEUs in Missouri and Illinois. This program is approved for self-study units.  Mental health licenseholders from other professions and jurisdictions should consulting their licensing body for the acceptability of this program towards their licensure.
