This course focuses on key project management competencies critical to executing successful projects. Participants will learn strategies for planning, scheduling, organizing, and controlling projects and will apply these concepts using case studies and small group projects.
Workshop will consist of daily live Zoom webinars from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m., and 10 hours of self-paced course material in Canvas.
Class size is limited to 25.
