Organizations are constantly evolving and adapting, usually managing several initiatives at once. In the crush to get it all done, we often skip important steps that can ensure the efficient and effective execution of the initiative and that can prepare our teams to embrace and sustain it.
In this workshop, we’ll introduce and combine tools from project and change management to equip nonprofit leaders and change-makers to design, lead, and manage both the operational and cultural aspects of change initiatives. Techniques will be provided to help get buy-in at the outset of an initiative as well as to re-enforce a change until it becomes part of the understood culture and operations.
