Crafting Communication: Applying a Designer's Process to Messaging

« back to classes page
Preferred registration deadline: March 13th

3 CEUs/CPH units

In our lives and our work, we all have a story to tell - whether that’s in a presentation we are making, a website we are building, or written materials we create.

This workshop will break down how we can learn from the graphic designer’s process to strengthen the clarity of our communication to increase the potential for audience interest and engagement. Building on a lecture explaining the foundations of the design process, a group workshop activity will invite participants to use Powerpoint as a platform to practice skills for creating coherent and captivating communication.

General Admission: $60**

Class size is limited to 32.

**Discounts on workshop admission are offered to the Brown School’s students, alumni, and field instructors. We also offer a discount to full-time graduate students in other programs and to our Washington University faculty/staff colleagues. No other discounts are available. Admission discounts apply automatically in your cart, based on your profile in our registration software.
